It’s 1997, and the Hard-Ons reform after a three year break. But things have changed, and the underground music scene is now a commercial beast, run by hipster taste-makers. The high-school band from Punchbowl are now yesterday’s heroes. But their love for music – their single driving force – hasn’t changed.

But it’s a new set of problems, as the band faces line-up changes, a brutal assault and balancing family life with music. Aussies have fallen in love with Ray and Blackie in ‘The Most Australian Band Ever!’. The Hard-Ons are older, and maybe a little bit wiser. Featuring Tim Rogers and C.J. Ramone, Harder and Harder is an amazing true story of Aussie music and passion.
