Catch an early screening of the psychedelic French animation Sirocco and the Kingdom of the Winds, a fantastical dive into the world of dreams and imagination from director Benoit Chieux.
The film follows sisters Juliette and Carmen, whose love for reading fantasy books takes on a new dimension when they fall into their favourite novel. Drawing parallels to Yellow Submarine and the films of Hayao Miyazaki, Sirocco and the Kingdom of the Winds won the Best Feature Audience Award at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
